Picasso Museum


"The Picasso Museum in Barcelona is a key reference for understanding the formative years of Pablo Ruiz Picasso. the genius of the young artist is revealed through the more than 3.800 works that make up the permanent collection. Furthermore, the Museo Picasso, opened in 1963, also reveals his deep relationship with Barcelona: an intimate, solid relationship that was shaped in his adolescence and youth, and continued until his death."


The Picasso Museum is located in the old city: "El Born" in the Montcada street, number 15. you can arrive walking or by metro (Jaume I station, line 4).

It's open every Tuesday to Saturday from 10:00hs to 20:00hs, and the ticket cost 9€, but the sunday, between 15:00 to 20:00hs is free.

Festival Rambleros


Throughout the month of March, the historic avenue in Barcelona will remember what was and what happenned in the heyday of the Ramblas. The festival has the participation of rambleros and many more characters that will help us refresh your historical memory and enjoy those memorable moments.
The festival is located in Las Ramblas, near Santa Madrona street (the metro line 3 stop "Drassanes") from the 1st to 28th of March all the day. the shows are free until 19hs, and then the concerts cost around 10-20€

Bus to Reus Airport

Reus Airport has a bus to conect with Barcelona. The buses are coordinated with Ryanair's flights, you have to check which bus corresponds with your flight.

Palau Güell, now for free!


"Antoni Gaudí built Güell Palace commissioned by Eusebi Güell, who wanted a new house in Barcelona, in Nou de la Rambla street. Güell Palace was in fact the only building that Gaudí actually completed and has undergone no significant alterations since then. This makes is one of Guadí's most communicative works, a piece of architecture of complex eloquence."

From Tuesday to Saturday between 10hs to 14:30hs you can visit for free the Main Façade. the Ground Floor and the Basement.


The Palau Güell is located in Nou de la Rambla, 3-5 approximately in the midlle of Las Ramblas.

Bus to Girona Airport

Between the Aiport of Girona and Barcelona city center, there is a bus that connect you in only 1:15 minutes.



All buses are coordinated with arrival and departures Ryanair flights.


The departures to the Girona Airport are made from Estació del Nord in Barcelona, and you have to check in their website at what time you have to take the bus for be on time to make your check-in in the Aiport.



In Girona Aiport the bus departure just in the door of the Aiport. It's very easy to find it.

Antoni Tapies Museum Opened Yestarday

Yesterday, with the reopening after 2 years of architectural reform, the Foundation Antoni Tapies emphasizes a new stage of development of this line of work: to be confirmed as space research of differents disciplines and exhibitions, and as a center reference to conservation, reseach and dissemination of the work of Antoni Tapies.

This Museum and Fundation is located in Aragó street number 255 (at only 50 meters from Casa Batlló).
Is open between Tuesday to Sunday from 10 in the morning until 20hs. The ticket cost 7,00€

Sant Medir party



Is a festival that dates from the year 303, when Sant Medir was captured by the Romans. Many years later, was organized a pilgrimage that ended in the house where Sant Medir was living.

Today it has become a sweet tradition crowd, where many groups from Gracia and Sarria make the parade to the chapel of Sant Medir with all types of vehicles, especially with horses and carriages.

While the parade is allocated to the public and handfuls of candy here nicknamed "sweet tradition".
